Descended from Diederik Johannes Van Ramondt who arrived from Holland in 1801 to St Maarten I am the Great, great Grand child of Mr Van Ramondt Who later retired on his own island the famous Tintaremare which is known for its clay that makes you feel younger. I was born here on St maarten, which I did some of my studies between here and Curacao, After I attended the University of Orlando were I major in Engineering Design Technology. I did my A/S at Daytona Beach Community College were I did my Automotive Management Technology. When i came back home I started a completely different Career which was in the Hospitality business of Timeshare, and Real Estate part time.I had started my own company because of the passion I have for this industry. My goal is to is to help people find there ultimate property weather it be there first or second home here on my island I call home. Weather they are buying or selling, my love and my passion combine with my Caribbean style makes you feel like you also need to be here in this tropical New York style island. Am a very out going ard working, yet laid back person. I believe that life should be a big smile and I welcome you to my place I call home which is St Maarten.
