Lives and works in Rural Parkland area outside of Spruce Grove, AB.
I am highly energenic and hardworking. My main priority is to look out for client's best interests through the home buying or selling process. I offer Tutorials to educate my clients; I adapt to each individual need of the client whether you need me there to help support you in the decision making process OR to being highly motivated and making sure the job gets done removing stress from the client.

Brenda sees her community as being her business and most importantly her passion and is excited to be offering her services in Edmonton, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Rural Areas in Parkland County.

Brenda has extent skills working with rural properties, to go walking across fields scoping out rural property/land boundary lines, septic & water sytems and then to the simplest tasks of them all Residential Homes!

***My Highlight of my career is working with Investors with Residential Property(Flipping Homes, Building Homes, I love being apart of watching peoples' investment turn into a reality with great rewards) & working with First-Time Home Buyers being apart of a very emotionally rewarding time in a young couple's life, its truly rewarding being apart of times like this.
**** Also being a Country Girl herself, she knows Acreages & Farms first-hand and loves assisting buyers and selling in this area!

My personal interests are Horses, skiing, volunteering, & golfing, camping with the family. I train for the sport of Hunter Equitation(Jumping horses at horse shows).

My main interests in my career are Residential in Edmonton, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain
and Rural Properties in Parkland County and Lac St. Anne County....
