I have been involved in the Lethbridge real estate market since 1993. I have been a licensed Realtor, a licensed mortgage broker, property manager, and many other titles that come along with working in the real estate trade. I do my best to satisfy all of the real estate needs of my clients and this often requires that I expand my skills and services and adapt them to the changing marketplace.

My business was one of the first anywhere to move to an online and paperless environment. This is something which the rest of the industry lags behind on, and I intend to continue to lead the pack when it comes to technology and where the industry and market are headed.

Wayne Gretzky once stated when asked about how he has been so successful at Hockey, "I skate to where the puck is going.."

That is the same methodology that I use to plan my business activities.

You wont find me in the newspaper, bus benches, flyers, posters, or door knocking. You will find me online, in google, at my blog, on my twitter or facebook, or at my Active Rain page. You can call, email, tweet, sms, text, or send me a smoke signal if you want to discuss real estate with someone who is ahead of the game.

I am the Broker and Owner of Rainbow Realty. Unlike the big franchise real estate companies that are all based in the US or in Ontario, I am local to Lethbridge. I don't try to work or market my services anywhere else. I operate what I believe is the first and only CLOSED PRACTICE real estate office in Alberta. The clients that I have are all ones who have been with me for many years and many transactions. I work with them and with their friends and family exclusively.

I don't waste my time or my money and I certainly won't waste yours! I get things done as efficiently and effectively as possible.
