I grew up in Lake Country BC graduating from the local high school and presently live in Kelowna. Married 21 years with two children, a girl 17 and boy 14. I love serving people and exceeding their expectations. My sense of humour always puts people at ease and keeps it fun. ("If you enjoy what you do, you will never have to work a day in your life!'-anonymous) I live by the motto, "A good name is better than riches" (your name and reputation is worth more than anything), intregity, morals, honesty, hard work are some of the traits of a good name. Real Estate is the biggest investment most of us make so it's important to be thurough and get it right. The best way to do this is know the market and it's people. I enjoy the research it takes to find the homes and statistics for my area. Kelowna, Lake Country and the Okanagan is the best place to live in the world and the secret is out! This area is growing by leaps and bounds with the trend expected to continue for at least the next 3-5 years. Come for a visit and you'll see what the area has to offer; golf (30+ courses in 45 min. range), wineries (world class medal winners),lakes, skiing (Big White & Silver Star are in the tops for N.America), climate (temperate winters warm summers (lots of sunlight, semi arid). I enjoy; my job, all sports, snow skiing, hockey, softball, water skiing, camping, golf, mtn biking, woodworking, cars, movies but most of all, fun with friends and family!
I have worked in the buiding trades and sale of building supplies since high school. This gives me a good knowledge of what goes into a house and how. Reccently, I sold wholesale exotic and hardwood lumber and sheet goods to cabinet makers, schools, millworkers and furniture manafacturers. (The Kelowna Int. airport is finished with wood I sold them). I'm enthusiastic and hardworking with integrity, high moral standards and honesty. I am easy to get along with, have a good sense of humour and like meeting new people. It's been said, (by my 100 year old grandpa) the best way to kill time is to work it to death. I work hard and play hard!
