Trust is the single most important factor you have to seek in a realtor. Realtors all have the same information, access to the same tools and work in the same areas. Who can you trust to be respectful -- demonstrated in the little things such as clear, honest and timely communication? Who can you trust to put your needs ahead of their pay-cheque? Who can you trust to go that extra distance to exemplify the difference between a good realtor and a great realtor? Who can you trust to give your loved ones and friends the same level of care and service that you have experienced?

Part of the reason my marketing is so successful is because my ads are created individually by me, with interesting quotes and photos that have created a bit of a fan club. Without a doubt though, the single biggest tool I employ is my web site. So all print ads point to that from my ongoing Western Investor ads to cover Alberta & Saskatchewan, to local ads, to special publications to a new commitment in the Yellow Pages for a year. From my web site which is an enhanced site I also buy ad words on Google which account for 39+% of my web hits this last few weeks.

And, of course you are always in print in the MLS Review, which I hand deliver to all the restaurants and coffee shops on main street each new copy with my contact information. My marketing is fun; from dog biscuits delivered in the dog parks with info to following up on announcements in the paper.

I don’t try to be like everyone else. My marketing stands out and I’m very proud of it; my follow through and willingness to work on open houses, etc., is excellent.
