Hello!

A little about me... when really it should be all about YOU!

I have lived in the North Okanagan Vernon BC area for more than 40 years - but growing up we moved every June - I thought everyone did. (Army Brat)

A lover of Art, live music, good food and family - we spend as much time as possible with our young grandsons. With them, I paint, cook, garden, clean, and generallly spend active time. They are my investment in the future - as my daughter and son continue to be as well.

Work wise - I love helping people relocate - especially to the community from elsewhere in Canada or the world. It is my pleasure and an honour to be your introduction to life in the Okanagan.

I also firmly believe in real estate by numbers.. the stats.. and in looking at the data from more than one perspective.

I totally do not buy into the standard "You have got to List to Last" in real estate. I do not solicit listings. I am honoured to actively market properties for sellers who want a realistic result based on current market conditions with leading edge marketing technologies. Most realtors spend the majority of their time trying to get more listings and hoping someone will buy them.

I focus on buyers. There is one in every transaction.

As an entrepreneurial self starter, I approach work with the pride of ownership, love the challenge of taking on new tasks, and am devoted to life- long learning. Most of my world is managing multiple projects, with varied objectives and timelines and multi-tasking is second nature to me. I work well to deadlines and am not prone to panic under pressure - and I will make sure your needs, and interests are covered.

Coming from an artistic background with experience in graphic design and creating marketing materials for print, radio, tv, and the web you will find several positions that involved marketing in my history. . The other side of my brain loves transforming data into information and generating business related documentation, charts, business cases, flowcharts and so on. You will know all the details you want in order to make your real estate decisions.

Admittedly – I am a bit of a geek girl. I love technology. I am actively involved in social media, and have been recognised by my peers with Customer Service Awards and most recently for Web Presence. This means information to you when and how you want it.

My approach to work is a customer focused project based system - research, define, plan, execute while communicating progress to stakeholders. It has enabled me to earn the reputation of someone who gets things done.

My strong communications background and experience working at a distance and cross culturally are assets that can perhaps be of benifit in yournext real estate transaction.

Ultimately for me, it all comes down to quality and customer satisfaction. I would love to discuss the possibilities we might create should you determine my qualifications warrant an interview. You may reach me at 250-308-4310 or via email.

You seek a Real Estate Consultant who is a detail oriented self starter with remarkable interpersonal communication skills that can develop and implement communication plans for varied customer profiles. This person will also support the company through research, and the production of a wide variety of business documents from informational to promotional in nature. I am confident that I fit this profile because of my:
• Strong written, verbal and virtual communication skills - (so you know I know what you want / need)
• Knows the market and is able to negotiate - (so you are confident you are buying or selling at the right price)
• Discretion and ability to handle and maintain confidential information (Who wants to read about what they just bought on facebook?)
• Forward thinking, technology based lifelong learning ( so you are on the leading edge) and
• Relentless pursuit of quality both in products delivered and customer experience. ( It all only matters if you are happy.)
