I have been selling homes in the metropolitan area of Halifax Regional Municipality (Nova Scotia, Canada) for 25 plus years now at a very busy pace so I certainly know the market inside and out. I tend to sell most homes in and around the Dartmouth area which also includes Cole Harbour, Eastern Passage, Waverley, Mineville, Lake Echo, Porter's Lake, and so on. I have sold homes in all areas of the HRM over the years and thus I am very familiar with most of the Halifax Regional Municipality. I am very proud to say that I am a person with integrity. I sincerely work very hard for my buyers and my sellers doing my utmost to honestly look after their best interests. I have survived long term in this profession, averaging 60 plus homes sales per year, because of the excellent service I provide, my communication skills, and the professionals with whom I work.
Selling real estate is truly not the easy or glamorous job that some people think it is. Realtors must pay serious attention to detail and possess tremendous knowledge because we are dealing with housing components, writing contracts, negotiating, accounting, new construction, area knowledge, wells, septic systems, financing/mortgage details, marketing, advertising, insurance issues and so much more, plus we are on call 7 days a week. That takes serious dedication! Then there’s the issue of living on commission, having no clue what you are going to make at any given moment. That being said, I love my job and have the track record to prove I know what I am doing and I do it well.
