A focus on client satisfaction has enabled me to build my business over the last 8 years to a level that is self sustaining.
I don't have to put my face up on billboards to attract new business, preferring instead to actively participate in my clients (who become friends) lives.
I am not currently woriking with a team which means when you call, you get me. Not an assistant. Not another sales person. Me. I handle all aspects of my business personally. That way, if there is a concern, I can rectify it myself, immediately. You'll know it's going to be taken care of, and I'll know that you are satisfied. It's the way I work.
