Hello! We are Chris Morris and Benjamin Perosin, real estate sales representatives with RealtySource.

Chris was born and raised in Kingston and currently lives in Lakeland Acres with his wife Trisha, step-daughter Alexa, and daughter Julia. Chris can be seen around town as an active musician on the local folk music scene, and he volunteers on the board of directors for the Joe Chithalen Memorial Musical Instrument Lending Library. He is also a member of SWITCH, Kingston’s Renewable Energy Cluster.
Benji was brought to the Kingston area nearly twenty years ago to attend Queen’s University. Since graduating, he’s developed a career path based in sales and customer service, hospitality and the construction industry. Benji is a member of several local bands as a trumpet player and keyboardist.
