CARMEN
Carmen was born in Colombia, and now is living in London, Ontario. She worked for almost 20 years as a lawyer specializing in Family, Canonic, and Commercial Law in Colombia which gives her an extensive understanding of the legal matters. Her dedication and great success endeared her to her clients in Colombia is carried on in her work in Canada.
Carmen enjoys working in Real Estate because she is able to use all the skills she acquired as a lawyer and is able to advise her clients on how to grow their real estate assets. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and adds the Latin flair to your Real Estate buying and selling experience.
During her early years in London she learned English, worked for Siskinds the Law Firm, for 2 years, and looked for ways to work with people and for people which is her passion.
Carmen has consistently been involved in the community from the moment she arrived to London. She volunteered at Chelsey Park for 3 years, for The Breakfast Club at Sir Arthur School for 2 years and at S.W.I.M. (Single Women in Motherhood) for the last 4 years. Carmen was also been an active Toastmaster member for the past years and had served as her Club’s secretary for 3 years. She is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce to stay connected with the community as well as volunteer for the Hispanic Business Opportunities Program. Currently is member the CALA (Canadian Latin American Association) and she is the Membership’s Coordinator.
MIKE
Mike believes it is important to truly appreciate and determine what his client’s needs are, as well as minimizing the risks of doing business for his customers. He is diligent in regards to finding selling solutions, looks for resolutions to challenges & problems when buying Real Estate, and is determined to fulfill opportunities that are available for his clients. When he is working with you, he will give the same advice he would give to his Mother, Father, and children and will do everything that is possible to treat his clients in a like manner he would expect them to treat him.

Mike’s niches are in the communities of London, St. Thomas, Union, Port Stanley, Dorchester, Ilderton, Thamesford, Sarnia, and surrounding areas. He partners with his wife, Carmen, who is trained & worked as a lawyer in Colombia for 18 years. Together they look forward to serving you when it is the right time for you.
