Christy Mangano

We have several years of Real Estate experience. Christy has been a licensed Realtor since 2002 and Rob 2004. We have been working as a team to bring our clients a package which combines the strengths of different qualities into one experience we feel benefits our clients and provides them with the best possible outcome of their real estate transaction. We bring with us a broad knowledge of the construction industry, marketing and sales, and a compassion for protecting our clients best interest.

Christy has been educated with the Accredited Senior Agent designation. This training provided an insight into the special interests and needs of the transitioning empty nester and senior client. She has also familiarized herself with different retirement options in the London area and has aquired a knowledge about several of the facilities available. We are experienced in helping with the transitioning process of moving loved ones into their next stage and provide all the necessary help through the entire process.

Rob has also been educated in courses relating to commerical real estate and the sale of small businesses. Rob has had a great deal of experience dealing with the transactions of investment properties within London, with a keen knowledge of the student housing market surrounding the University of London Ontario.

Rob and Christy both have had experience with the sale of agriculture and rural properties throughout middlesex and elgin counties with a special interest in horse properties and the needs and values of those properties.

Rob and Christy both have a great deal of experience with first time buyers and the London condo market in all areas of the city.
