As a Broker with an expertise in commercial real estate she has also built her Residential and Recreational realty business to be an Annual Sales Award Winner since 1991. Grace has served as a Director , President and Past President of the Southern Georgian Bay Real Estate Board.

While starting his real estate career more recently in 2001, Rob Heming has spent over 20 years managing large children's camps, conference centres and outdoor recreational businesses. As well as his knowledge of the Georgian Bay area, Rob also has particular knowledge of small & large acreage waterfront, resort, campground and recreational properties in the Parry Sound, Huntsville and Muskoka/Haliburton regions. Rob has been an Annual Sales Award Winner since 2003. Rob is serving as President of the Southern Georgian Bay Real Estate Board.
