Colin Weldon, BComm, CGA, Broker of Record/Owner

Colin was born and raised in Smiths Falls, Ont. His early apprenticeship with the world of finance and the realization of the importance of quality personal service came while working for his father's accounting firm after moving to Ottawa. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce at Carleton University and then opened his own computer consulting firm which he ran for 10 years until his employees bought it. In 1991 he completed his Certified General Accountant (CGA) degree. After climbing the sales ranks in a couple of international companies he became tired of the extensive travel involved. Real Estate was a natural fit to allow him to return to his Ottawa roots and still use his extensive sales experience.

He has lived in Ottawa's downtown core, Munster Hamlet, Orleans, Barrhaven and presently rural Kanata so he appreciates both the diversity of greater Ottawa and the countryside. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, camping and canoeing.
