Kathy is a full time real estate professional who enjoys working with people and who is committed to her clients needs. She thrives on finding her clients the “home of their dreams” and maximizing proceeds on the sale of their home.
She is a wife and mother of 4 children. When not working in real estate, she keeps busy volunteering within the community, bowling, and gardening.

She personally works with all her clients on new and resale homes, condominiums and land purchases in all price ranges and strives to take the extra steps to make her clients' home buying and selling experiences a time to treasure

Kathy Walker began her Real Estate career as a member of the Sudbury Real Estate Board in 1986 where she sold a mixture of new and resale homes, cottage properties and multi unit buildings. Her family moved to Ottawa during the ice storm in 1998 and have thoroughly enjoyed living in the area. As Productivity Coach at Keller Williams VIP Realty, Kathy is constantly updating her knowledge and skills in the Real Estate profession.
