A little about Wendy Jacques

I've been a Cumberland resident since 1989. I joined the Real Estate industry in 1992, three years after having had my first custom home built. I liked it so much, I married the builder! Having been involved one way or another in the construction of over 35 custom homes, I understand the process of residential custom contruction, particularly on country properties. I know how important it is to stay on budget and to avoid surprises!

I became a broker in September 2001, because I believe that continuing education is necessary to become proficient in any area. I wanted to see the bigger picture, and I truly enjoy working in the profession. The more ou know, the better you become. Over the years, I have taken classes in Property management, Multiple Offers, Grow Houses, Title Insurance, Apartments and Condominiums, Power of Sale, just to name a few.

I currently manage 40 rental units in the Ottawa area. I have a strong sense of family, and I value every minute I can spend with my husband and 3 children. Gardening, reading and entertaining are some of my favorite hobbies, when time allows.
