Tim A. Muzzell

Tim is a family man and when not working real estate or advertising he can usually be found close to home, on the ski hill, or at the golf course.

Tim has been involved in marketing and advertising for over two decades. This experience is a definate plus for his
customers and clients since it allows him to provide some advanced marketing and media techniques to the realm of
real estate sales. Also Tim has background in academic training with a Bachelors degree Geography, Education and
a Masters degree in Business Administration. Tim was awarded a bronze selling certificate by HomeLife in his second
year in our profession. After almost six years (in December of 2009) with HomeLife Bayside Realty in Owen Sound Tim transferred to Mike McCulloch Real Estate Brokerage in Port Elgin Ontario. In October of 2011Tim has moved his real estate
business back to Owen Sound to Peak Advantage Real Estate Ltd. Brokerage after a successful 7 seasons in Port Elgin.
