Jean Holbert-Leighton*

I am an established Real Estate Sales Representative working with the Coldwell Banker Momentum Realty, Brokerage Team. I have lived in St. Catharines for over thirty years and my family and I live in the south end near Brock University. I am a retired teacher who taught in a number of St. Catharines elementary schools.

My experience in education has helped me to develop and refine a number of skills such as time management, organization, negotiation and of course, interpersonal skills, that I find are very beneficial now, in real estate. It has also been my pleasure to assist many of my former students in finding their first homes. As a people person, I take pride in trying to find just the right home for my Buyers and I try to make the sale of a home as painless as possible for my Sellers.

Since Feb. 2010, I completed the required courses and am now an Accredited Senior Agent- with an A.S.A. Designation. I enjoy working with Seniors to help them downsize from their present homes and to find suitable living accomodations that suit their needs at this point and stage in their lives.
