If you're new to our site, I would like to formally introduce you, and thank you for stopping by. Let me tell you a little about myself, and my goal is that you will feel a lot more comfortable in letting me help you find a home. Whether it's your first home or your 10th home, enlisting my 18 years of knowledge and experience can definitely benefit you.
After selling my successful toy business in the late 1980's I was in a quandary as to what to do now with my time. I discussed my many options with my family and friends and one thing always stood out above the rest... my love for our home. I love working on it, and doing the typical guy "handyman stuff" thing. I was comforted by the fact that this was our home, and the mortgage I was paying for it was going towards the investment of my family's future, and not into a landlord's pocket.
Even more, I was always interested in the homes in our neighbourhood that would come up for sale.
Naturally it all seemed to come together at that point for me... "What an opportunity; to start a new career helping people find their very first home."
After taking the required courses I started my Real Estate career with a brokerage at Canada Trust. Recognised for my skills, it wasn't long before I was asked to manage a sales training office. As it turned out, I was really good at teaching other real estate sales representatives how to be successful in their careers too.
Helping people find their dream home is more than just a job for me. I've been awarded honours for my achievements, but some of my greatest accomplishments come from the positive feedback I receive from my valued clients.
Onward and upward as it were, I joined Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Centre, where for the past number of years have refined my craft even more, still immensely enjoying helping people find their first home, and when they are ready, moving them up to their dream home.
Alternately, and ultimately, it's not about me... but about YOU.

I obtained my License in 1990 and joined Canad Trust Real Estate. During the first 5 years of selling Residential Real Estate I took several courses to improve my knowledge in my newly chosen profession. After 5 years I was asked by Canada Trust to manage a training office to help new salespeople get started in the Real Estate business. After two years in this position Canada Trust sold it's Real Estate Division. I joined Century 21 as a Real Estate Trainer.
For the past 5 years I have been with Arten Real Estate. Two years ago Arten Real Estae joind the Coldwell Banker Franchise.
