Lynn Pronger

Hello. I'm Lynn Pronger. I have had a love of homes and architecture from a very young age and never tire of viewing homes with buyers or showcasing the homes of my sellers. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, I worked as an insurance appraiser for an underwriting company appraising and inspecting homes across Southwestern Ontario. I have also worked in human resources, payroll and accounting. I have lived in the Windsor area for about 15 years and I am "SOLD ON WINDSOR!" It is a great city, easy to get around and never a shortage of things to do. I always take "the drive" on my commute to and from the office and enjoy watching the geese and the changing scenery along the Detroit River. I am an Accredited Senior Agent and am also familiar with the structure and mechanical workings of your home. I can assist you in knowing what to look for that could be a liability in the future. I have also taken Condominium Law and Condominium Management courses through Mohawk College and the Architectural Technicial Course at Fanshawe College. I have handled the estate of one parent and dealt with Alzheimer's and nursing homes for another. I am also familiar with the stress of separation and divorce and the extra care needed to help people deal with these issues while selling their matrimonial home or purchasing their new home as a single. Although I deal in a professional manner I am happy to say that many of my clients end up as friends.
