Al Dharsee

Al Dharsee has been a licensed real estate salesperson in the province of Ontario since March 1989. He specializes in the marketing and sale of income investment properties, primarily apartment buildings and neighbourhood plazas. Al had previously worked as a rent control officer in the Ontario Government and this experience in landlord and tenant issues as well as in property tax assessments has allowed him to advise Owners on how to maximize the market value of their properties so as to obtain the maximum sales price.
To-date, Al has sold over $30 million in investment properties in Ontario. His clients are mostly repeat customers as they appreciate the service Al provides them.
Al graduated from the University of Toronto in 1983 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
