Carol and Steve are a real estate team with Coldwell Banker Parker Realty.

Carol has a diversified background in human services, retail sales and office administration: her experience has given her excellent customer service skills and outstanding organizational skills. Carol has over 7 years experience in real estate sales consistently winning production awards. Prior to becoming an agent, Carol worked extensively as an administrative assistant in the industry giving her website and database management knowledge most agents do not possess.

Carol is the marketing master of this team: website exposure, print ads, and lead tracking are handled quickly and efficiently to ensure no buyers are lost.

Before a career in Real Estate, Steve completed post secondary education in Construction Technology and spent a year working in the design department of a major Island construction and property management company. Steve's working knowledge of business systems and construction methods has proved to be a great asset to his clients. Steve has over 13 years experience in real estate sales and has been a consistent top producing agent winning numerous production awards.

Steve is the number cruncher of the team. He works with clients to determine suitable asking/offering pricing. He also asks the questions needed to determine the clients best negotiating position.

Together Carol and Steve have created a master sales team that puts their clients needs first. When their business grew so fast that they no longer felt they could provide the service they once did - Carol and Steve released 80% of their listings and began to focus exclusively on the greater Charlottetown area market.

Carol and Steve see real estate sales as a business, not a job. This changes their focus from the typical agent in the market. Carol and Steve believe they are in business with their clients. If it is a good business relationship, both parties should profit. If one party profits at the expense of the other; or if both parties fail to profit from the relationship, you have a terrible business model.
