The Story of a Top Producing Team with Re/Max



Team Toledo was birthed into existence in the Fall of 2006. Ivan and Susan Toledo, looking to build on their 35 combined years of success, felt that the timing was right to add another piece to the puzzle. In doing so, they hired Scott Ziegler, a close personal friend as a full time licensed Realtor and partner. The Toledo's took the opportunity to pass down to Scott their many years of wisdom and experience. Being that the 3 of them were close friends going into their partnership it has been a smooth and natural transition.

Being very active in the community and their local church, Saskatoon Full Gospel, the timing was right for Ivan and Susan to undertake this partnership, as it has been something they have looked forward to doing for many years. The Toledo's are also quite active on the mission field in South Africa. They spend as many as 3 months there on a yearly basis, and forming a team with Scott was only natural as this has allowed them more freedom and flexibility to continue to serve in the field, as well as maintain a healthy and prospering real estate company in Saskatoon.

The success story only started in 2006, and only two short years later the team has managed to become the #5 top producing team for all of Re/Max Saskatoon.

The Story continues...In December of 2010, Team Toledo added another important part to their dynamic team, hiring Steve Rice. Steve comes to the team with a wealth of people skills and a committment to uncompromising service to his clients. Having served our province for over 20 years in the Saskatoon Health Region as an IT manager, Steve has proven to be the right fit for Team Toledo and their corporate philosophy.
