My name is Joseph A. Emanuelli, I am the Associate Broker for RE/MAX Tres Amigos, Playa Hermosa Guanacaste, Costa Rica. I specialize in residential second homes, condo and villa purchases and sales. I am associated with the number 1 Costa Rica international RE/MAX Office, Los Tres Amigos, with exclusive listings of properties through out the Gold Coast of Costa Rica. I am a member of NAR, the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors ( GRGAR ) ICREA, I.R.E.S. and the Play Hermosa Association, which is a community based group that is always working to improve the community for the benefit of all. I have been traveling and investing in Costa Rica since 1999. I made the full time move to Costa Rica in 2007 and never regretted it. My customer profile includes the Baby Boomers who can no longer afford their dream of relocating to a year round warm US location, but can achieve a much better lifestyle in Costa Rica, and at a third of the cost. My customer base includes retirees, golfers, nature lovers, business investors, fisherman and an assortment of international clients from all over the world.

I am a licensed Realtor in Costa Rica through the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors. I am also a member of NAR, National Association of Realtors and ICREA, International Consortium of Real Estate Associations, as well as a Transnational Referral System Certified agent I also have the designation IRES ( International Eeal Estate Specialist) and ACP ( Accredited Commercial Professional). Although I am relatively new the Real Estate industry, just over fouryears, I understand the ins and outs of purchasing and selling of properties in Costa Rica and have an unparalleled understanding of my market.
As a retired Executive Chef/ Director of Operations with over 28 years experience in customer service and over 8 years experience in regional sales, enables me to utilize my skills in helping all clients achieve total satisfaction with the buying and selling process.
