Jeff, our Broker-Owner, is the heart and Soul of our office. He never goes home anyway! Perhaps as a result of this dedication, he has created an office that feels like home. The Clients regularly remark how "this is the nicest, most comfortable real estate office they have ever been in." He has a fanaticism for Costa Rican art originals and you will smell the rich aroma of fresh Costa Rican coffee as you enter. He’s simply doing what he does naturally: doing his very best to make you feel comfortable and appreciated. Behind this generosity of spirit is an agile and perceptive business mind, dedicated to service on behalf of you the Client.

He is proud of his National Association of Realtors affiliation, and has always been a "Consumer Advocate." This has lead to his reputation as being a man "who is brutally honest" as to whether a property is a good investment or not.
Jeff has assembled some of the areas's smartest people to work with him as Sales Executives-Brokers.
He will not hire anybody who has not lived in Costa Rica for at least 2 years, since he feels strongly that you need to know what you are selling before you can advise someone to move to a foreign country.
As he has stated, he could have lived anywhere in Costa Rica, but it is significant that he chose the Jaco Beach area.
He will be glad to tell you why this is the best place to invest in Costa Rica, possibly, the world!

1. Moved permanently to Costa Rica in November of 1993, after having spent time in 1992. Has been a legal resident since then.
2. Worked in real estate in the San Jose valley, Great Places Real Estate for over 7 years before moving to Flamingo Guanacaste.
3. Worked for Century 21 Tamarindo during "the boom" from September of 2004 till Dec. of 2005. Was very successful but did not enjoy the area due to the heat, the dust, the distance from San Jose, and the high prices for everything (goods, services and real estate!). Received his CRGAR real estate certificate and affiliated with the NAR.
4. Moved to Jaco Dec. 2005 and started with Remax. Did not like promoting a project they were involved with so he quit
to start his own agency in the best commercial center in the middle of Jaco.
5. As of September 2008, CR Beach Investment Real Estate has 2 super agents, an office manager, and the reputation as being "the most selective and ethical agency in town".
6. As of January 2012, CR Beach Investment Real Estate STILL has 2 super agents, an office manager, and STILL HAS the reputation as being "the most selective and ethical agency in town".
