I moved to Cabo San Lucas 8 years ago after living in Vancouver, Canada for over 25 years. My love for sunshine and the desert has kept me here, and in the years to come, I plan to build a retirement home on my property in Elias Calles on the Pacific side. I consider myself to be ethical, reliable and respect my clients confidentiallity.

I graduated with a Marketing and Business degree in Vancouver. Later taking the Real Estate exam but never activated my license as an opportunity to get into Computer Software came up. I traveled most the world selling large software solutions for over 4 years. Now settled in Cabo, I had the chance to take up real estate again. I have worked with Century 21 and Coldwell Banker Riveras. In 2009, I set up my own brokerage, ManMar Estates & Development.
