Let me take you back, Picture it, October 21, 2006. Daniel is the top producing real estate agent at Coldwell Banker, he had received AGENT OF THE YEAR for every year he was in real estate, not to mention countless awards from CB corp. Life was good and Daniel was at the top of his game. And then an agent from Daniel’s Real estate office in Eagle Rock California called. The agent asked if he could do the open house scheduled for Sunday, the next day. Daniel remembered a promise he had just made to his partner Marco that he would try and take more time off and said yes.
One hour later Daniel and Marco were on their way to Rosarito Beach for the first time.
Jump forward 33 days; Daniel and Marco are living full time in a beach house in Mexico. It did not take Daniel long to find a home with Realty Executives Gibbs & Associates and not much more time to become one of the top producing agents in the area. Shortly thereafter Danny was promoted to Executive Manager and given the task of opening the North Rosarito office quickly making it the top listing office in the area.
In September of 2008 Daniel and Marco took a vacation to Puerto Vallarta with friends. After the third day they got kind of board and decided to Visit the Local Realty Executives office and say hi, after all it was the sister franchise to the office Daniel Loved so much in Baja. That afternoon Daniel and Marco found a home made an offer and opened escrow. This was to be a vacation home, nothing more, after all Daniel was doing great in Baja and Marco had a thriving Hair Salon. But Vallarta could not stop calling and 2 weeks after the escrow was closed they packed up and moved to Paradise.
For a person who in his first forty years of life never allowed much change this grand adventure has been the best thing he has ever done.
