Kathryn Cockrum

I moved to Mexico, Puerto Vallarta in 2004 with my husband, Walt. We had come here many times over the course of the last 15 years and had fallen in love. We have not been disappointed!

We have one son who is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, and one dog, Twopence, whom we adopted from the street here in PV. In my spare time(?), I love to read, garden, cook and work a little more. I am also a voluteer and member of the International Friendship Club which supports many local charities with money and time.

I joined the ranks of Remax International sales associates in 2007. I have received extensive training in the particulars of buying and selling real estate in Mexico, legal concerns and rules of ethics for professional real estate agents. In practical terms, I have been inviolved in real estate in PV for 18 years. From the very first time we came here on vacation, I began to survey the market here. (Wish we had bought something then!)
My computer skills are better than most which is important considering that online marketing is many times the first contact made between client and agent and buyer and properties. I have made many new friends in the course of my business and I love the diversity of individuals which choose to call PV home.
