A bit about Rocky Point Dan:

I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. I was first dipped into the beaches of Rocky Point when I was 1 year old. My parents would frequently take the family down to the beach of Las Conchas where a family friend had bought a beachfront home. My parents had the foresight to see the value of the beach and bought a lot in Section 4 of Las Conchas and quickly began construction of their home in 1978. So throughout the years of my life we would vacation down to our home many times each year. I feel that Las Conchas is my playground while growing up. They still own this home today and continue to enjoy Rocky Point and all it has to offer.

A bit about my family and I. My Brother is a Real Estate Broker heading up Monroe Realty out of Tucson. My Sister is a Real Estate Attorney as is her husband. My father has been a Real Estate Attorney for over 40 years in Tucson and owns Monroe and McDonough Law Firm in Tucson. Needless to say I have real estate in my blood. After college life I began to work in construction. My specialty was Telecommunications. I began to work on setting up Smart Homes and wiring them for home automation. Getting the Real Estate itch myself, I began to buy homes and fix them up for selling. I would diligently hunt for amazing deals on fixer upper homes and put some work into them for flipping them for profit. That is when I realized that I truly enjoyed and had a knack for finding good deals. I could not buy them all, so I figured that I would start finding good deals for friends and family. I got my Real Estate license in Arizona 5 years ago. It was then that I had decided to take the opportunity to move to Mexico and take advantage of the booming beachfront market of Real Estate.

I have been living in Rocky Point for just over five years now. In that time I got my license to sell in Mexico as well. In my experience here I have been very successful at finding the STEALS AND DEALS that are out there in this changing market that we are in.
