Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Grant MacKenzie Sr. I've almost always lived on the beach. From a young age in New Zealand, I've lived with my family by the beach: Even after I moved to Arizona, I endeavored to keep a beachfront home near, Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) in Mexico. For 30 years I've retained my love for the Mexican beach and for the past 10 years I've lived in Puerto Penasco, Sonora full time.

I bring 42 years of sales and marketing experience to my current role as partner/owner of RE/MAX Legacy Partners in Puerto Penasco. The RE/MAX Legacy office is one of the fastest growing real estate offices in the area and I believe its success in Mexico is due to the emphasis we have always placed upon integrity and a high-quality customer service experience.

In the seven years that I have been involved with the Mexican real estate business, I've become very knowledgeable and always emphasize that the real estate transaction in Mexico differs greatly from the U.S. real estate transaction. I believe the need for a trustworthy realtor who communicates regularly and honestly with clients, should be paramount in the minds of buyers and sellers alike.
