I am a licensed Real Estate Broker with specialist knowledge of fine residential areas in Alabang, Bonifacio Global City, and Makati . I provide brokerage sales and rental services for exclusive villages, luxury condominium estates, and boutique property developments in Alabang, Bonifacio Global City and Makati neighborhoods.

Brand-wise, we give priority to helping buyers and sellers of re-sale properties from Ayala Land Premier such as Ayala Alabang, Ayala Southvale, the Residences at Greenbelt; the Salcedo Place Series and Regency at Salcedo in Salcedo Village, One Roxas Triangle, and the Raffles Residences/Fairmont Hotels offerings in Makati. Our business has also been brisk in 2010 for re-sale condominiums in Pacific Plaza Towers, Fairways Towers, The Bellagio at the Fort, Rockwell, and in select Megaworld-Bonifacio Global City towers.

I have handled several roles relevant to the real estate business: seller, buyer, broker, property manager, lessor, lessee, and micro-financier. For sales and marketing, I bring years of combined experience in brokerage retail sales of pre-owned houses and condominiums, acquisition, management of investment properties, project selling, corporate leasing of spaces in cyberzones, and retail home buyer financing.

I have served a number of overseas-based professionals over the years. For expatriates and overseas-based Filipinos, I aim to understand your unique home search needs. As a former expatriate spouse based in Singapore, I have gone thru the excitement of finding a home, school and community in a foreign country. I've experienced the challenge of the re-integration process during repatriation. Gaining a third-culture identity in a multi-cultural environment has helped me better understand the unique housing preferences of overseas-based professionals.

Prior to gaining ground exposure to the real estate industry, I handled the marketing and technical service for corporate accounts for computer uninterruptible power systems (UPS) and RDBMS software applications (Oracle). To equip me for the power of Point2Homes integrated web marketing, I had e-commerce exposure doing site design and evaluation, database administration and online marketing for merchant partners.
