Steven Payne

Completed 3 years of electrical engineering studies at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Functioned as a contractor software engineer at Marshall Space Flight Center for 18 years. Created and maintained Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) test and analysis software for 16 years. Taught computers to people at the Decatur Adult and Community Education Center. Have been a member of the Red Cross disaster relief team for more than 10 years. Always had a passion for helping people and I'm an excellent team player.

Because of my engineering back ground... I can do the math. Multi-fam and flipping investors like me for that reason. I keep them out of trouble. Cap rates and cash flows are no problem.
