Construction Update!
The Manchester by Monaghan Construction, Inc. is now in sheetrock stage. Granite and cabinets are finalized and only lighting and plumbing fixtures left to pick out. Completion is expected to be 10/30/2009. Plenty of time for the First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit. ...
