I'm a former engineer with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science Concentration who worked in high technology for 27 years before moving to real estate full time. AJ is also a former engineer and product manager with a prior 20 year plus career in high technology. He's a problem-solver extraordinaire and brings his experience gained from completing huge projects like building & testing satellites and managing semi-conductor test facilities. We enjoy running, swimming and biking for fun, challenge and fitness. We've completed lots of triathlons, marathons, and many half marathons. I've lived in Arizona since I was four and AJ has lived here since graduating high school. Currently we live in northwest Chandler, Arizona "The East Valley." We have worked all over the greater Phoenix area - Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Goodyear, Queen Creek, Gilbert, Sun City & more.

AJ and I have been investing in Arizona real estate since the 1970s. AJ is also a licensed commercial and residential contractor. He grew up building houses with his father in New York and later in Arizona. We both have an avid interest in photography and invest in high end camera equipment, so you know if you are listing a home with us, you will have high quality photos to show it off to it's best advantage.

AJ's past experience & mine demanded meticulous attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, top analysis and organization skills. From our prior professional careers and our training to complete events like marathons & triathlons, we bring the experience to establish goals and the endurance and focus to accomplish them.
