I have been licensed since 1972 and have been a Broker since 1976. I am the Broker of Cordes Junction Realty and specialze in the Mayer area of Yavapai County which includes, Cordes Lakes, Spring Valley, Mayer, and Poland Junction.
I have worked in the Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey and Humbolt area also and I am familiar with them.
My aim is to give Professional service to those who request my service with my 39 years of experience. I have also been a loan officer and am proficient with loan qualifying and can provide Mortgage Comapny referrals to assist buyers.
I am a GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institue) and a member of the "National Board of Realors" and the " Prescott Area Association of Realtors." I have quite a bit of property that I own in Cordes Lakes and Cordes Junction and have been in the area since 1981. I would love to help you with all you with all your real estate needs, be it buying, selling or renting.

I was the Broker of" Owners Realty" in Phoenix and Prescott.
I then opened "Crown King Realty" in the small town of Crown King in the Bradshaw Mountains from the late 1980's to 1995 at which time we sold the Company and Real Estate Building there and opened "Cordes Junction Realty".
We are in the process of opening a new office in Cordes Lakes at 20282 E Stagecoach Trail, Cordes Lakes, AZ.
We should be ready for the GRAND OPENING in approximately 4 weeks.
