Since she could walk, Holly Berryhill spent summers and weekends building houses with Dad -including her current home. For six years Holly ran a successful pest control company where she learned about termites and other regional pests. In the course of her work doing termite treatments before construction, she got to know the local contractors. As a realtor, Holly combines experience with termites and construction to provide important insight into a home purchase. Organization, customer service and multitasking are her fortes although her family credits her with a special brand of humor and logic.

Holly lived overseas for seven years while serving in embassies in Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Italy, Malawi and Upper Volta (now, Burkina Faso). In addition to working in these countries she has traveled from United Kingdom to China.

During high school, Holly was an exchange student to Tasmania, Australia where she studied drafting and economics. She earned a bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Northern Arizona University with a double major in French and Spanish and a minor in Translation and Interpretation. Holly studied Spanish language and history in Guatemala and holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Arizona in Tucson.

Holly lives on the US – Mexico border in Douglas, AZ with her formerly Texan husband and pure-bred mutts, Ruby and Murphy. She is a proud WSM (Wicked Step-Mother) to two daughters and two grandchildren. As well as mother-tongue English, Holly is fluent in Spanish: rusty, but proficient in French and Italian. Holly is a private pilot, loves to swim and power walk.
