I have a strong client base from all walks of life – from the first time homebuyer to commercial investment. My personal attention to each transaction insures a successful, sound transaction. My sales experience involves over $31,000,000 in real estate sales transactions of residential homes, residential & commercial land and commercial buildings. I have sold nearly 300 equestrian acres in Pinal County, with and without homes, and am also familiar with the special nuances of rural living in Arizona. From wells to septic, zoning to deed restrictions, percolation testing to fissure detection, surveys & Minor Land Divisions, solar/wind/generator vs. electric power and county vs. private services, I’ve encountered a myriad of situations throughout my career. I was even taught how to “witch” for water a couple years ago!

I hail from a small town of 5,000 in southeast Wisconsin and have lived in the valley for 15 years. I’ve been working in real estate full time for the last 8 years. I have two degrees – one in Computer Science and the other in Accounting, but I have always wanted to have my own business and truly enjoy what I do! Real estate is my passion and when our transaction is complete, I hope to have passed on a great deal of that knowledge to you as the best buyer is an informed buyer!
