Payson is surrounded by 2.9 million acreas of Nationa Forest, populated by Ponderosa pines and dotted with small fishing lakes.
The largest heards of Elk in Arizona are located in our area. Outdoor activities are large here. We are only one hour from Scottsdale and the Phoenix, AZ area. So, we get lots of day trippers and folks looking for that get-a-way from the searing heat of the Valley.
Great area to live in with its mild four seasons. Elevation is 5,000 ft. and within a few miles of the Mogollon Rim.
Been licensed since 2000. Sold mostly in Phoenix, AZ, and now in Payson since 2005. Strong background in corporate sales as well as 4 years in mfg. home sales. Worked as a loan officer for several years in Texas, so I understand how to help a "problem" loan through escrow.
Received my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) certification last year and am working on my Broker's license now. Have a broad web presence and market strongly there. Since we are only 60 minutes from Scottsdale, AZ, the second home market is strong here. 98% of my sales in the past 2 years have been second homes. Log cabins are of interest here as we are located in the Ponderosa pines just below the Mogollon Rim.
I consider myself a very lucky lady to be working in such a great area and with the folks at Dominion Real Estate Partners.

Spring Has Sprung....So why so much snow?
I saw a robin feeding at my birdfeeder last week. So spring must be here! But on Sunday the snows came and the little feathered creatures that feed every day on seeds, nuts and dried cherries hid out while Mother Nature flung her last signs of winter at us. ...
