I enjoy what I do. The world of property ownership. The lessons can be used to purchase not just a personal home but used for future property investments, to enhance a portfolio, buy a Condo for the Kids in College or help sell the "Folks" home when the time comes. I find an educated buyer and seller are a great help in completing a purchase or sale transaction so all involved can be happy in a decision in what proves to be the largest purchase of their lifes. The purchase of a home is a great personal achievment…. And it should be a pleasant experience or at lease not a painfull one to remember. I like my clients to feel that they are not on the outside looking in with little control, but have the tools to go forward and be content with their decision.
Buyers/Sellers remorse is not something I usually encounter...I want my clients to try and stay positive, open minded and know that there will be negotiations involved in almost every step.. Everyones situation is differant so there many ways one has to sell a home.. In 1998 I became an agent and a Broker in New Hampshire and Vermont since 2005. I am happy to report I now hold my license in the Great State of Arizona's southern tier and enjoy the beauty and fabulous nature of this region. Homeownership historically is a wonderful investment, a great place to express yourself and your desires, and make family memories to share for a lifetime.
