TERRY REEDER

Terry Reeder has been practicing real estate for forty years in the Central Coast area of California, particularly Santa Cruz, Santa Clara and Monterey Counties. He is a client-oriented real estate broker, placing emphasis on people and their equities, as opposed to properties. The property provides the vehicle that he uses to assist his clientele to reach their goals. His experience ranges from single-family residences, ocean-front properties, ranch-type properties and investment properties. He is not geographically-bound to the Central Coast if he can help his clients obtain their objectives.

Terry Reeder graduated from San Jose State Univerity with a Batchelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Concentrating in Business Management.
He holds several professional designations, including the "Graduate, REALTORS Institute" (GRI) from the California Association of REALTORS, "Certified Residential Specialist" (CRS) from the National Association of REALTORS, "Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager" (CRB) from the National Association of REALTORS, "Equity Marketing Specialist" (EMS) from the National Council of Exchangors, and "Investment and Exchange Specialist" (IES) from the Investment & Exchange Counselors.
He is a REALTOR member of the Santa Cruz Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
His office is located in Historic Aptos, on the shores of Monterey Bay, in California.
