I am a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Real Estate and Finance Management. I have lived and worked in San Luis Obispo County since 1979. I have a proven and successful track record of sales and service that spans over 23 years. I have earned the e-PRO designation, certified by the National Association of Realtors. Less than 5% of Realtors across the nation have this designation. The e-PRO program is comprehensive, educational training on the use of technology and the internet for buying and selling real estate. I have the capability of creating a complete online marketing plan that includes personal websites, slideshows and virtual tours, for your home and can offer an electronic transaction process that can save a tree or two during your buying or selling experience. I am also a RDC Pro, certified in all aspects of the sale and/or purchase of bank owned properties (foreclosures). I currently reside just outside the city of San Luis Obispo.
