I know that it takes passion, integrity and a strong work ethic to be successful in this industry. I work hands on with my clients from the time they get pre-approved, looking at as many homes it takes to find the right one, to writing offers, walking them through the escrow process, and finally closing escrow and handing them the keys to their new home. In order to develop a life-long relationship you have to get to know people on a personal level. This is accomplished by meeting with them and listening to their needs. Once I know what my client’s goals are, I can set out and find the home that best meets their needs and desires.
I treat every transaction the same, whether it’s a $20,000 home or a $1.5 million purchase. As one of the top producers at Miramar International Inc., I am continually educating myself on the changing climate of today’s real estate market. Knowledge of areas is the key to being able to educate my clients on the best options for them, whether their goals are short or long term. After your first transaction with me, it is my goal that you look at me as your Real Estate Consultant for life.
I have a lot of pride in my community and this state. I live in Bakersfield with my husband Christian and my two kids Samantha and Andrew. They are what motivates me everyday to be, not only the best Realtor I can be, but the best wife and mother as well. In my spare time I love playing softball and scrapbooking. I have been buying and selling real estate with my husband for the past 8 years. Back in 2003 I decided to get my license and in 2007 I got my broker's license. I love working with new people and helping them find their home! I work very hard for my clients and each and every one of them know how important they are to me.
