We are so grateful for the services of Randy Lui. He was referred to us by a mutual friend from church and knew he had just found a house for our new pastor.
We worked with Randy over a 4 month period. He worked with 3 members of our family, my daughter who lives in SF and my husband and me, who live in Bellevue, WA. Being an out of town transaction, there were difficulties and challenges which Randy handled very professionally and made doing business with him pleasant and smooth. We appreciated that he spent time to explain complicated issues. In addition, Randy took time to drive my husband to the airport several times.
Randy is very professional in his field. He is very knowledgeable, and very responsive to our requests, which were many. He makes use of his company's technical resources as well as his own team of professional people who were quick and responsive, and understood the demands of a fast moving market.
When we told Randy, we liked this particular house, he was the first to approach the listing agent and the first to put together an offer, the offer was received by the listing agent before his first open house. Randy also was successful in getting our counter offer accepted.
Randy is very friendly, approachable and personable. He was always available when we needed a problem solved. His phone calls were always returned in a quick, professional manner. He always welcomed questions and we were always encouraged to contact him for whatever reason. Being a 1031 exchange, Randy understood importance of time and speed. Randy was a good coach in what could have been complex transaction. He handled everything very smoothly.
By the way, we really love the house, people who come by, say it is very pleasant and has a warm feel and touch. We especially appreciated getting to know the neighbors who are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We hope to build a community of friends here on this street.

Dear Randy,
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me in such a huge way to purchase the home where I plan to raise my children. This was the 7th sale you have guided me through as my agent and although I think I have found the home where I wish to remain for many years, I somehow doubt this will be our last sale together! Each and every one of the sales you have guided me through have gone off without a single hitch and I have always been 100% pleased with every outcome.
Beyond being 100% satisfied with your skills I have also always been grateful for the way you have continually gone beyond the call of duty in helping me with whatever else was going on in my life that needed tending to in order to close a deal. This last sale required special care and diligence on your part given it was a short sale.
