I am a Residential Specialist and concentrate my skills throughout the Inland Empire of Southern California. I am known for providing comprehensive service and working with people in an honest, forthright manner. I insist upon ongoing communication so no stone is left unturned. Because each client is unique and has special concerns, I find my ability to truley listen to my client's thoughts, hopes and fears to be among my greatest assets. I am also strong at the negotiation tables and work hard to obtain the best terms and conditions to suit your circumstances.

I have over 27 years experience in the Real Estate industry. I am also a Notary Public and am a Certified Loan Document Signing Agent. I graduated fron Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with Bacholors Degree majoring in Occupational Education with a minor in Marketing. I am a credential Instructor in the California Community Colleges specializing in Marketing and Distribution.
