Dee is licensed as a Broker by the California Department of Real Estate. A Broker license requires far more training and education than a Salesperson license. Prior to her real estate career, Dee spent 25 years as a Computer Systems Programmer & Manager on large IBM Systems, with a staff of approximately 25 Network, Systems, and Telecommunications Analysts and Programmers. Dee has a Bachelor of Science degree, and has attended graduate school. Dee’s approach to real estate comes from a software engineering approach – find a solution (not just a house) and get the details right. Years of managing a team of professionals has trained Dee to manage the complex transaction of selling your home, and coordinating all the services necessary to help ensure a successful and timely closing.
