Jason Kardos is a San Diego native who was born in La Mesa, California & grew up with his family in the East County area. His real estate career started while he was a teenager helping his family maintain and rent their investment properties throughout the San Diego County. One of his favorite rentals was their vacation beach condo in Mission Beach, CA. In addition to spending time at San Diego's world renowned beaches, he also enjoyed San Diego's mountains and back country; frequently camping in Julian and the popular off-road recreational sand dunes of neighboring Imperial County.

He continued to explore San Diego County and meet many of its residents and different cultures while working at Auto Trader Magazines as a field photographer. Jason worked his way up to Marketing and Events Manager and was responsible for promoting the company through various festivals, media outlets and advertising campaigns; which also promoted the House Trader Magazine. While at the House Trader Magazine, Jason sponsored a National Non Profit Organization called "Christmas in April" (Now known as Rebuilding Together). This program assisted low income elderly home owners, by repairing and making their homes safe and habitable through volunteer labor and donations. During this time he also was involved with the Board of Directors and was nominated by his peers to serve as the President.

Jason currently is an active real estate investor/agent who buys and sells real estate and also represents clients with their real estate needs. He has been licensed with the California Department of Real Estate since 2001. He is involved with many aspects of real which include real estate auctions and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. He holds multiple real estate designations such as GRI, RMS, CCRM, and Realtor.

He attended the Grossmont Union School District and graduated from Monte Vista High School and eventually received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from United States International University.

He currently lives in the Mount Helix/La Mesa/Spring Valley area with his wife and daughter.
He is currently a member of the Spring Valley Citizens Association, San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Association of Professional Exchangors (APEX)
