Sherry's main areas of coverage include Cayucos, Cambria, Morro Bay, Los Osos/Baywood Park, San Simeon, also known as "North Coast" to the locals, or the Northern Coastal towns in San Luis Obispo County. Some of her clients are from San Luis Obispo, the metropolitan center in the county; Arroyo Grande, a sprawling city with a family feel to the area; and Atascadero, CA; another city that's growing. Sherry is a resident of Cayucos, a small sleepy town boasting about 3,000 people. She likes to call her hometown a place that time forgot. Inspite of that, the face of Cayucos is not immune to change. Ocean Avenue is the main street where recent changes are taking place: more mixed-use buildings have been built, and older and smaller beach cottages have been replaced with newer and larger custom-built homes.
