Roger is experienced in many facets of real estate development and real estate brokerage operations.
As a Commercial Real Estate agent he has represented buyers and sellers of Office buildings, mobile home parks, motels, shopping centers, raw land and multi-unit apartment buildings. He has successfully worked with Investors and major land developers in Southern California. He also developed his own residential and commercial projects. The Steiner's have successfully closed thousands of residential home escrows for buyers and sellers during their time in business.

Roger and Bernadette were the So. California Regional owners of the Help U Sell Regional franchise from 1991 through 2006 when they sold their 86 office region to the parent company and focused on developing Access Realty & REO in the distressed property marketplace. They now represent major banks and asset managers as their listing broker in the Inland Empire. They provide personal service to each client and devote time to make sure clients have a good business experience.
