My career began in 1998 working in new construction, I am now the broker/co-owner of H & A Homes and Loans, a real estate firm. My extensive knowledge of working and marketing in the Inland Empire gives homeowners the opportunity to get the maximum value for their property.
For buyers, I help negotiate the best possible transaction and search until I find the perfect property. I enjoy helping clients fulfill their goals and dreams of home ownership.

Eleven years real estate experience with contract sales, REO properties, probates, short sales, leases and options, business opportunities, residential, land and commercial experience. Four years experience as a residential mortgage originator of FHA, VA, Conventional, CALPERS, CALHFA, USDA and Cal Vet. Specialist in County and City down payment assistance programs, I am currently serving in the Housing Affordability committee at The Gateway Inland Valley Association of Realtors, I am also a HUD sales instructor for PEMCO LTD, and I am fluent in Spanish.
