I choose to lower my commission because I know all of us are seeing our equity evaporate, and we need to hold onto as much of it as possible. In an effort to help my clients do just that I will sell your home for a total of 3.5%.
Sellers pay 1%* to List (this covers my commission) and 2.5% is delegated to the Buyer's agent.
That is 3.5% of the Selling price of the home. (* Minimum commission due is $2000).
For properties over $200,000, I charge 1%.
Buyers: I will pay $500 towards your closing costs!
