For me, real estate is about space.....space around you, a place of your own, a quiet retreat where you can go and be you. A place where your family and friends can gather and you are all comfortable. Land that stretches out for acres or even miles in front of you or all around you....I have loved discovering and showing homes and acreage to my clients for over 20 years now. I want to find just the right place for each persons needs and desires. It's the best "treasure hunt" there is! And then to help my clients walk through the entire purchase or sale process and make what can be difficult and confusing, into a simple, clean, and pleasant experience is truly my goal. I have worked in both Washington State and in the State of California and have built homes in both areas. I therefore bring with me a broader base of knowledge about this industry than the average agent. My personal interests include trail riding on our two quarter horses, and spending time with my husband and three grown children. I am blessed to be in an industry that I am passionate about! Just ask me!

Everything Changes!

This time last year, our local market had 16 months of inventory. That means that if no new listings were added to our market, it would take 16 months for all of those homes to be sold. Today, we have 8 months of inventory. That is a very good sign! In a market ...

Baby it's Cold Outside!

Welcome to 2009! Wow! It usually turns pretty cold around here this time of year. Sometimes blue skies and cold and sometimes gray and cold. But no matter the weather, I have always found this to be the very BEST time of year for a buyer to purchase a home. ...
